Intro to CrossFit!
Interested in CrossFit but don’t know where to start?! Every first Saturday of the month from 8:30-9:45 we offer a FREE Intro to CrossFit class that explains the CrossFit prescription and gives you an awesome workout: Part Chalk-talk, Part Workout! Learn about what this CrossFit thing is all about and then experience two difference WODs (Workout Of the Day!) – we’ll debrief afterwards and talk about next steps in the Firm’s CrossFit Program!
